Manny Mollinedo
Hi, I'm Manny. I started Concrete Designs because I got tired of watching homeowners get the run-around from contractors who showed up late, cut corners, and disappeared the moment the check cleared.
We do this differently. We're family-owned. We've been pouring concrete in Miami-Dade and Broward for 20+ years. Every quote I write, I write personally. Every walkthrough, I do myself. If something goes sideways on your project, you'll hear about it from me — not from someone hiding behind email.
If we can't build it right, I'll tell you straight. If there's a smarter way to do what you're picturing, I'll tell you that too. I'd rather know than wonder — and I'd rather you know than wonder. That's the deal.

He's the reason any of this exists.
Our story starts in 2004, the year my family arrived in the United States from Cuba. My dad's first week of freedom in this country, he was already throwing down concrete with a friend who taught him the trade — that's the kind of man he is. They worked side-by-side for the next ten years, building a reputation across Hialeah one driveway at a time.
In 2014, after a decade together, the two of them parted ways and each opened their own concrete company. My dad kept building, kept teaching, and kept setting the bar for what good concrete looks like in South Florida. He taught me how to read a slab, how to mix the right ratio, and more importantly — how to talk to people whose home you're standing on.
In 2022, after finishing college and earning my General Contractor license, I founded Concrete Designs LLC — expanding the family trade beyond flatwork into full outdoor living: pergolas, stamped patios, outdoor kitchens, turf, and complete backyard transformations. My dad is still on every major pour, and the standard he set in 2004 is still the standard we work to today.

Brandon is the reason your project actually gets done on time.
While I'm out walking properties and talking to homeowners, Brandon is the one pulling permits, coordinating crews, talking to inspectors, and managing the schedule so nothing falls through the cracks. He's the calm in the middle of every project — and the person you'll hear from most after you sign.
